Rewrote Metadata extension. Default value no longer in .txt files but in the root of the page. Also multilanguage support.

The setup for header images and header slideshows is changed.

Header Images:
These are managed via the typoscript lib.headerImage from the tss file 150_gHeader.tss.
This typoscript takes the header image from the 'media' field from the 'resources' tab at the page settings. When there is no image found it slides back to the parent page to look for one there, and so on. In the typoscript the width and height can be set.
This way of working is easier for customer because no special content element or column is needed, just the input field in the page settings.

Header Slideshow:
This is still the standard slideshow extensions, it takes the slideshow from the SYSfolder 'Header slide' [38]. And is pointing to the fileadmin/user_upload/Afbeeldingen/headers/slideshow/ folder for it's images.
The inclusion of the content element is done via a new column, named 'HeaderSlide'. This column can be retrieved via 'styles.content.getSlideshow' This way the customer will not lose any other column and no strange typoscript conditions are needed to fill the slideshow. Easier, simpler and cleaner.

Typoscript is placed in external files, the reason why is already communicated.
Please make sure that configuration or website related typoscript is in those files, small lines of typoscript are allowed in templates on the page itself.

Files are to be found in fileadmin/typoscript and are named logically regarding there content. Please use .tss for ts setup files and .tsc for ts constant files.
